its the work of eating what i want but always lifting on and off consisting of 4 to 6 months on, and rest of the yr off... but ill tell you, muscle memory is for real... i can be off for 2 years and get unfilt but in about 3 to 4 months, i can get it all back with great diet and lifting. its nothing impressive. just for an average guy haha... its all diet and lifting heavy in the 6 to 12 range.
I've honestly never worked out for longer than 6 months consistently and off after for much longer ususally lol but i always did it right during the short period... and ate 5 times a day and counted my macros.
