pretty much what your talking about is body language some guys are lucky enough and intuitive to pick up on these miniscule things and can generaklly read a girls mind by just how she acts with her body language...
unfortunately only a small portion of the guys have that ability and in general go about scratching their heads asking themselves what di di do wrong (because they didn't catch the flirting she was doing even if it was subtile.

I'm not a guy but my husband notices that i tend to stiffen up my jaw a little bit when i look in the mirror. I never noticed until he said something. He says it's cute. And the way i smile and laugh, things i obviously dont think about but he says are attractive to him

I think girls can sometimes be funny or humorous without trying to be. A lot of men appreciate that. They also like when girls are gentle and fuss over them - not in a clingy way but in a nurturing way.

-When they're completely lost in thought
-When they get excited about little things
-Pushing their glasses back when they're about to fall off
-"That shoulder thing" - Okay, it's hard to explain... It's usually really brief, but you kinda alternate moving your shoulders up and down.. It happens most often when you're dancing, but occasionally it happens in regular conversation
