When texting with a girl and she sends you heart emojis or <3, means she likes me right?

I am texting with my crush and I can feel she likes me.
she send me heart emojis a few times over text. One was for my birthday and she goes "happy birthday, Tom!" followed by a big red emoji heart like this one https://www.huhmagazine.co.uk/8421/the-most-popular-word-of-2014-was-a-heart-emoji
She then did it several times.

Not to be a killjoy or anything, but sometimes, it doesn't really mean anything. Well, my friend and I use emojis a lot. Like, all the time. And sometimes, even though it doesn't really make sense, we just put it for the sake of not sounding too serious. I guess, the best thing to do in your case is to clarify things with her.

I understand that you girls put hearts in everything, when it's about music, clothes, rainbows and bunnies, make up and favorite actors and stuff.
For example we were once discussing food and she says she likes don't know what kind of dish and she puts a heart. I am reasonable and understand that the heart was there to symbolize she likes that dish she was talking about.
But this was a bit different. she said "happy birtday, X" and then placed a heart. Out of all the emojis out there, a heart in the same sentence with the message "happy birthday, X"

Well, we don't really use "X" here. Normally we'd use it for the eyes (e. g. XD) but I still think it's best to ask her directly. I'm not really a fan of ending my sentences with hearts but my friends do it a lot. And if they were to do it, if they also use "XOXO" or other endearing emoticon then even for simple greetings, I can still imagine them including it even with multiple emojis. This might be a bit of a stretch but just an example, "I still haven't studied for the exam. XD :((" My friends and I would do that and it would just look like we're out of our minds. Not that I'm generalizing. As I said, it's best to ask her.

Ok I was on Facebook an seen one of my Crushs Facebook post and I comment on it 😍😘 and he replyed thanks ❤️ But he only replyed that to 3 girls me and his 2 sisters what dose that mean and made a Facebook post that said " now I see why I like him " and he like it he was the only person who like it and that's the first post that he's like OF MINE 😩😪 BUT ASK HIM OUT LAST YEAR AND HE NO BUT COULD LIKE ME NOW I DONT KNOW HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

@Tinea I would only use heart emojis if i really liked the person. Or maybe he appreciates your comment a lot and likes it that you had the courage to say that (whatever that was). So it also depends what was his post about and what you commented.

People say "no" sometimes because they do not feel ready, because they do not feel good enough for the other person.
The fact that he now sends you heart emojis might mean something, but that is not certain. So stick around and talk to him over facebook and see where it goes. I'm sure that if he likes you, he will so the right gestures to let you know how he feels.

@Tinea hi, if you like him then let him know... guys don't mind or freak out if a girl show their feelings... once a girl told me she liked me, even though I liked someone else back then but I was respectful of her feelings and continued being friends with her... she also respected my decision... point is, at least she wouldn't have any regret... go for it

I mean years back when this one girl liked me she would commonly send me a heart of her favorite color at the end of our texts (if I’m not mistaken) and she was really into me so I guess it does depend cause not all girls are the same but, she particularly liked me. Maybe if a girl sends you a heart (and it’s their favorite color) that’s a good sign?🤷🏻‍♂️Personally try to find other signs to come to a conclusion cause the heart could go either way but, it is definitely not a bad sign by any means and could even show that she at least does care about you.
