Why won't she unblock me?

My friend Jessie blocked me almost 2 months ago because of an inidicent on the bus. You don't want to know what happened so anyway she forgave me but I am still blocked and her dad is not mad at me anymore either. What is the problem? How can I bring back our friendship to the point she will decide to unblock me. I made a group to get her back but it failed and I asked her too and that failed. Waiting is not an answer now I gave her two months and she still won't unblock me. What is the deal and how can I get her back as friends on Facebook?

I am very pissed now too and I will never get her back now and I regret on asking her that question.
