For me personally, about a year ago before I became sexually involved with someone I would get randomly "turned on" aka horny when it was near that time of the month. It's because hormones are rampaging like crazy. There would be days where I would learn nothing in class because my mind wandered too, but only 1-3 times every 3 weeks because of the cycle.
However, now that I am sexually involved and the type of relationship I am in is very teasing to a point where you replay even the simplest scenes in your head, I get much hornier more often. A lot more often. Like 1-2 times every week I will wander. I've gotten better at focusing though so they don't last that long, but still.
It's normal, ya know? Least we can hid it (:
Some don't some do. I wouldn't worry about it, it's healthy after all!
It is completely normal, and it does go away with age. You're not technically out of puberty until you're 22, but your hormones are not nearly as unstable in the last 5 or so years compared to the rest.
Don't worry about it, just don't act on any of those feelings you may get until you're certain they're more than just hormones.
It's perfectly Normal. I did when I was a teen xD it was kinda crazy but I held back :P
I still get turned on but it's less now.

Don't think as was hornier as a teen than I am now, lol.
Before I could use my imagination more, like by reading books and stuff. Now it happens with actual guys, but not just anyone.
