Maybe. It means you're important to her and she cares about you, but it doesn't say anything about whether or not she's into you. But if you're important enough to her for her to say that, take it as a compliment. Friends are awesome -and close friends more so.

Well, she was telling me about her struggles with preparing for college and how she goes through phases. She told me if I ever go through those phases, I can talk to her. I thanked her and she said "Of course bud I'm always here for you:)"
