What does it mean when a girl calls you lovely?

This girl has been friends with me for 2 years. Suddenly we have become really close, we text everyday she asks how my day is going, Shen sends me red love hearts every now and then, sends me smiley faces and x's. She has said aww no lovely in pity, she has sais she is scared of losing me and she said I'm a great guy and any girl would be lucky to have me.

Sometimes it can mean that any girl would be lucky to have you, except that the one saying it doesn't want you herself.

Or

It could mean that the woman saying it does want you, but you want someone else or are utterly clueless and she's trying to tell you that she likes you without actually saying it.

Actually she said some girl will be extremly lucky to have me cause I won't lie and I'll appreciate them etc. She then commented that she wants guy who will appreciate her.

There's two ways I'd deal with this:

A: I'd say 'Stop making me want you as more than a friend.' to which they usually say 'Why is that a bad thing?'
then I'd say 'Hmm let's see what happens when we try it out. Meet me at X place at Y time. It'll be a date so dress to impress.'

or

B. 'Come to mine and I'll show you how much I appreciate you.'

B only works if your good at seduction though but A and B are both risky options and you are not me and I do not know this woman like you do... so what do you think she is aiming for exactly?
