Skinny athletic is my ideal in terms of what's drool-worthy. But honestly I've dated guys who were skinny or skinny fat and have been equally attracted to them. Chubby and over-muscular isn't really my thing, but I can't speak for all women. It's just my preference.

I honestly don't know. It's difficult to say without seeing a visual picture. But let me put it this way... this one guy I was crushing on for a loooong time looks like he's anorexic so yeah. I'm just putting it out there. I'm not saying I want a guy who is unhealthy by any means but I just mean that it will take quite a bit of a guy to be too thin for me.
