Aww! It's a possibility but maybe she just hates talking on the phone. I'm like that so I'll sound nervous regardless of who I'm talking with. So yeah, she might like you but I don't suggest getting your hopes up just yet :)

Some people have phone anxiety. Like, they’re ok behind texting but with actual talking they don’t want to say something stupid. I don’t know, that’s my guess. And she could be into you. Take baby steps and see where it goes from there. All the best to you both 😄
