I'm really ticklish but I like it. Haven't yet reached my limit but would like to find out what it is. I might pee myself if I was severely tickled with a full bladder.

My personal opinion is that if you my girlfriend peed herself while tickled by me I wouldn't find it gross at all, not even embarassing... on the contrary it could add more fun to the moment
