No. The female anatomy has no ability to do so. We can only pee. And depending on our diet it'll either be different shades of glitter or rainbows.
Because of this women tend to eat less and order salads as we can only digest food into rainbow or glitter urine, and it takes longer.
And just an interesting fact, women don't sweat, just sparkle. That's actually the inspiration for Twilight and why it was so successful. Edward the vampire heartthrob sparkles in the hot sunlight just like women do, and that was something many girls could identify with, hence why pretty much all teenage girls were obsessed with the series.
