Is it ok to text a girl every day?

I met this girl online and I really like her, so far she's everything I want in a girl, so I want to keep texting so that we get more comfortable with each other and then ask her to go on a date.
The problem is that I don't know if texting her every day is a good idea. We've been talking 2 days in a row and I doubt if I should text her today again... I did, and she hasn't answered yet.

Is it ok to text her every day? It seems like she likes me, but she doesn't use emojis that often so it's difficult to know how she's feeling. She doesn't ask many questions either, and she says it's because she doesn't know what to ask; she's kinda shy.
It makes me wonder if she's really interested or not. I like her and I don't wanna get high hopes for nothing.

I met my boyfriend online and we became friend then started dating. being really shy i wouldn't text him first and he texted me almost everyday, it ended pretty well. if she's interested she will happy about that, if you bother her you'll realize quite soon too i think. But i think its a good approach as long as you dont invade her, everyone has a certain level of tolerance i would say, when it comes to how much they want to talk, just try to figure it out :)

The thing is that she doesn't use emojis so it's hard for me to know if she's annoyed or actually interested. I'm trying to keep things flowing, cause she told me she's an introvert so she's not too good talking to strangers.
That's why I ask this cause I don't know if I should not text her one day or two to give her some "space".

i see, well in my case, it took me a long time to start using emojis haha, being a bit introvert too so that doesn't necessarily means she's not interested in my opinion, but everyones different, to me it took a lot of courage to send emojis thats how shy i was so dont worry maybe she's really shy like that too, maybe giving her a day or 2 to see at first would be good if your not sure.

It's okay to text everyday, but not every single hour of every single day. You know? She needs a break from you sometimes, just as you do from her. Give her some time to miss you.

Yeah, that's what I do. For example I texted her around 3 today, but the other days we texted in late in the evenings.

I think it's okay to text her everyday. When a guy texts me everyday I know he really is interested in me. If he doesn't, then I don't really bother with them lol :D

So you wouldn't like it if he doesn't text you for one day? Lets say you text for 3 days, then the 4th you don't text, but the 5th you text again.

In the very very beginning stages, I wouldn't be too bothered if someone didn't text me for a day. In fact, it would make me wonder why they weren't texting me so I'd end up thinking about them :D Maybe don't text for one day and then text the other days but just don't make a habit out of it :D

I'm honestly in a similar boat as you. Except I've been dating my boyfriend for a few months and I feel like maybe he needs a break from talking to me so I'm giving him space and only texting him every few hours or so.

I text my girl each day for 3 days then give it a day or two rest, works wonders cause then she usually gets in touch really animated. Good to know she misses me! So my advice dont burn each other out too soon, its better cause you'll have more to discuss

Ok, that's what I'm gonna do. I'm not gonna text her today, and text her tomorrow. Since we just met each other, I don't want her to think I've lost interest if I'm two days without texting her.
There are many options online, she can move on very quickly.

Well if you have exchanged numbers she's probably really likes you. I wouldn't worry about her going after someone else online, especially if she's quite shy. She probably just needs a bit of time to figure out how she wants to present herself to you.

No, I haven't. I've thought of it, but I thought it may make me look as insecure, you know, like that kind of guy who thinks everything he does bothers others. Also we haven't texted for too long yet.

Think of it as a "get to know you question" not everygirl likes to be texted everyday while some like it, the best way is to ask, just throw it in during a stimulating convo. E. g I find it funny how my sis is always on the phone, do you like it when u text/talk with people everyday or are you one of those 1ce in 2days people?
