Girls, how can I assure my girlfriend of liking her boobs?

We've been together for two years and this has always been a big issue for her. She has rather small boobs, 34A/32B. She's very insecure about them and even now doesn't like me to see them naked unless we're having sex. I've told her everytime that I really like them and I'd hate her for even thinking of having a surgery. I think I got that out of her mind for now but it's still very annoying for me whenever that topic comes up again.

She wouldn't believe me that I don't like big boobs anyway so I never said I didn't like them, just that I prefer shape over volume, which isn't a lie. I really like the shape of her breast especially viewed in profile. So do you have any good advice how to convince her that her boobs are totally fine?

I love my small boobs (I'm a B cup) and I rock those titties in every way I can. Small boobs look great in most clothing, they never sag, you can go braless whenever you want, you have great cleavage and they're a nice handful for most guys hands. I can go running without a bra, I can do handstands without them falling out of my top, they keep a nice line in any fitted tops. I love my little B's 😍😍😍

Oh I did tell her everything I said here and even more. I am usually able to convince her in the moment, but a week or a month later we are having the same discussions again.
