What if my crush doesn't call me by my name?

What if were friends for almost a year now and she still hasn't addressed me by my first name. Not even my lastname? She often address me as "hey". U mean who's hey?

Note: were always classmates and groupmates every semester. We even went to movies.(Just the two us)(though to be fair we were ditched by her friend and ended up watching the movie by ourselves)
