Crush suddenly calls me by my actual name, when everybody else uses the nickname?

Group calls me by nickname with no exception (normal nickname, nothing to be ashamed of or anything)
Me and my crush stared at eachother heavily lately. Last time i saw her, she called me by my name. (again a very normal name)
Nobody ever did before.
(besides the stares) Could i take this as a sign of something changing in the way she sees me?

I do this with guys I like! The first one was named David, but everybody called him "D" like that was his name. The second guy is named Robert, but everyone calls him "Robo". I started calling them by their real names and shortly after that they would become my boyfriend. I'm still with Robert! His whole family & group of friends call him "Robo" but I call him Robert
