It depends on the cats but if male I think the lion would usually win. They've evolved to be aggressive and pride protectors. Either could win though. I've read about encounters and Bengals have done better against lions supposedly because they tend to be more aggressive then Siberians. Tigers have been witnessed hunting black bears but lions have been seen hunting elephants, of course with a pride.

The lion would win. The main reason is because of the mane, though Siberian Tiger is actually bigger than a full grown lion, the signature move of the Tiger is to deliver a fatal bite to the neck. The mane protects the lion from such lethal attacks on the neck, so the lion will win.
