It depends on the laughter and on how often they laugh - if it's a really, really strange sound or overly loud it can be annoying, especially if it's in a crowded place so everybody will turn around and look at you weirdly.
If they are constantly laughing for no apparent reason or totally stupid reasons like a permanent giggling it's annoying, too.
Anything else is really fine with me unless I have a super super grumpy day and wish gloomy thoughts up on every happy face I see - but that happens like once a year so.. 😄

Laughing is healthy ad if you have a good laugh it will make others laugh as well! So please, keep it up! :) Sometimes though, when I am tired it could annoy me.. but that is just me. Haha... I think it would be worse if you had a loud laugh and you are a bully! So it helps that you have a great personality!
Not at all. Laughing is laughing. But there might be some oldschooled guys who think that such expressions might be too 'rowdy' and 'not feminine' but thankfully these guys are a dying breed.

Well I don't know how puppy's laugh but...
I usually like laughs. As long as there not a sadistic or obnoxious kind of laugh. or laughing at someone I think it's cute. Of course there are inappropriate times to laugh but it's usually not super important unless you're at a special function or something, I mean I'm pretty laid back thoughl.
As long as it's not obnoxious laugh i don't really care. Is that a titration your doing in your profile pic?

I work with a Girl that laughs out loud all day and it's just annoying, I also think that it's a facade or she is seeking attention because other times I see her she doesn't look happy.
I typically don't pay attention to other people's shit, but if you cackle like a witch I'd probably want to throw something at you, like a cupcake or something.. but really hard.

No a girl that laughs is a good thing it means she's cheerful and happy, it's refreshing to have people like that. Sometimes it just lifts you spirits too and really a girl that laughs a lot and smiles a lot is really quite cute in my opinion
