It depends, because some girls are like that with everyone and some only do that when they like you. I used to have a friend that was flirty like that to everyone and ir confused some people. So it depends on the girl. You should see or find out how she is with others.

You know what would solve this? Ask her. I know that's daunting. But if I were you (and you like her), I would just say to her, "hey I've heard that you may like me. Is that true?" Then if she says no, even if she's lying, it's not on you anymore. If she says yes, you won't have to wonder anymore and can move forward.
