Girls, is wearing a normal looking lacey bra (and nothing else above the waist) in a public area OK for a minor?

Would just like girl's opinions on a rather odd occurance this afternoon, whilst i was driving to a shopping centre underground carpark.

Before i turned off and drove down underground, i noticed 4 girls no older than about 16 in normal (not bikini looking at all) looking bras and shorts and short skirts joyfully bounding across a street crossing. All they wore above the waist were normal lace bras of various designs. It was very obvious they were bras and not bikini tops.

The temperature was searing hot today which is likely the reason they were dressed as such.

I just thought it was rather odd, but i prefer not to judge people by how they dress.

So i ask you, what are your opinions on this?

They might be bralettes? They look a little like lacy bras but a lot of people are comfortable wearing them out in public:

Meh, I guess that it's something I'd find a little unusual and personally wouldn't do it but I think that if they're covered as they were, there's not too much of a problem, after all, it was hot so it was probably to keep cool.

I cannot link images but a simple search for 'sheer lace bra' comes up with images that are very close.

The last image I posted has a really sheer bra, I can see her areola behind the white fabric, so they can work like that. But yeah, it was probably just a bra. Well, it's not the most conservative outfit to go out in, but if girls aren't allowed to go topless when it's hot, they'll just do the next best thing and obviously it worked for them :P

Yeah, I know? Minors are allowed to wear bikinis out in public, it's really no different to that. They're not doing anything wrong by wearing something to keep cool.

I think it is odd to wear just your bra out in public but I know that I've definitely wanted to do it before :P

If girls did it more often... (why the hell dont you?) then nobody - not even me - would give it a second thought... and probably get you more attention rofl!
