No girl I have ever encountered does that. Like I said it isn't necessary. The pee comes out, in a normal stream, normally, with no problems. It doesn't create a mess, it isn't "trapped" or whatever else you think happens.

by the way, the butthole is a lot closer to the vagina than that picture. That's a horrible example for someone who has a vagina: allegedly. They're almost connected they're so close.
