Girls, what goes through your head when you blush as your crush looks into your eyes?

Every time I look into the eyes of this girl who is crushing on me, she blushes bright red. Does this happen to you girls? If so what goes on in your head when that happens?

Ugh. I remember my first major crush. It was freshman year and we were at school sitting in a group. i had an idea in the discussion (about a video on money and its value to different cultures) and he looked right at me (right into my eyes) when I spoke. I felt like was melting. Of course when I noticed we were looking right into each other's eyes I blushed bright red. In my head I was self destructing. "Oh my gosh! He's looking at me... I'm not prepared for this! What do I do? He's LOOKING into my eyes! What am I supposed to do? I wonder if he likes me? No... I wonder what it would be like if we dated... I wonder... No! Stop it! Oh crap, he's still looking. What was I saying? I have no idea what's going on now" so yea it happens with me. When a guy looks into my eyes - not just at me but like he is trying to figure out how to unlock who I am I blush. It's an intense gaze that just makes me melt (when I find him attractive). It's happened a couple times since that major crush, but not too many. It all depends on what type of look both people are giving. Just a passive convo look or a deep into my soul gaze. any guy who gives me the gazing deep into my soul look will get a reaction from me. I'm either going to blush and get slightly flustered in a good way because I like it or try to break the eye contact and change the subject to get your eyes to soften and turn back into friendly passive because I'm not interested in THAT way.

For me personally, eye contact is very intense, especially with someone I really like. There's something about it like they can read my mind or something be looking at my eyes. They say the eyes are the window to the soul, and that really feels like the case. I don't like being so vulnerable. But I do at the same time...

Happened to me once... And I HATED it. I don't like it when people can see how i feel, and i wouldn't want some guy I had a crush on to know that. Unless we liked each other already and hung out, looking me in the eeyes would definitely still make me blush. I'm one of those people that gets red within seconds if something like that.

What goes through my head... I feel uncomfortable, out of control, embarassed, and I have butterflies! It feels like a dream. A sweet sensation fills my chest and I can't help but smirk!!! It's an evil thing to do to someone crushing on you. (Make them all blushy and crap) it's so nerve wrecking.
But mostly, it's bittersweet.

I'm sitting here with my laptop, incapable of holding back my laughter. This seems all too hilarious to me, but not for the reason that you may think. Personally, I cannot blush (I barely ever do, to be honest), but that doesn't mean that there aren't a thousand things that go through my head when my crush looks at me. Even though I think crushing on someone is useless (it`s called a 'crush' for a reason), I can't help but think things like: "Oh my daze those EYES" // "iS THERE SOMETHING ON MY FACE" // "Is it obvious that I LikE hiM" // "I wonder if he likes me back"

Well, honestly when someone looks at you very intently the attention makes you a little selfconscious and no matter whether you are speechless with shyness or still have the wherewithall to respond coherently, the intensity of the moment sort of gets you and you blush. I remember that even after a year of going out with my S. O. I still blushed when he looked at me a certain way and couldn't help smiling and doing/saying something to make him stop looking at me. Of course the harder I tried to distract him the more he'd just smile and keep staring, hahaha. Catch 22.

I don't really blush over things like that. I tend to ignore the guy or girl until my crush is gone. And when I do look into their eyes, I tend to regret it. Yes, eye contact makes most people blush and wonder if the person likes them back. For me, it annoys me because I hate having crushes when I know I don't stand a chance. So what's going through my head is, "Oh god, I'm not interested. I'm really not, and if I am, you're a phase, get lost." Because I hate having crushes. But that's just me.
