Guys, what goes through your mind when you see a woman/girl blush? How to you feel, exact thoughts?

I blush really easily when I talk to strangers and specially guys. And it's not really the cute kind of blush that only stains the cheeks but it spreads to my ear as well and sometimes even my nose. I can't help it and it makes me even more shy than I already am so I usually end up avoiding eyecontact afterwards in embarrassment. It would really help me relax if I knew the thoughts that go through your head when you see a woman blush, whether good or bad! Be honest, no matter how weird the thoughts are.

the best part is not only when she blushed, but as she tries not to make eye contact with you but yet wants to, its like she is fighting emotions with brain, its super cute and adorable, and it basically gives a clear opportunity for a smooth hand on the chin to make her look into your eyes and making a move.
