Damn right. You walk past one at night and they're giving you that look like you might rape them or something. Pisses me off. I think that's creepy as hell. What the hell did their parents cram into their head? So judgmental. I went running one night when I was younger. Had my own family and a quiet place just outside of town. I had a hoody on and it was a early summers night. Cool but not cold. The sun was sinking as I walked along the main road. I was walking away from it and looked back over my shoulder. I was thinking how long would I have until last light as I was heading to a path in the woods. A girl over the other side of the road is glaring at me. I could feel her eyes almost and I looked over puzzled. She got a shock and faced forward and started marching down the pavement. I'm thinking wtf is this all about. I walked a little further and was neck and neck with the girl on opposite sides of the road. I had to cross and the traffic was still pretty heavy so I timed it and trotted over to beat a lorry coming up. The girl flinched as soon as I started the little trot to take me over and she bolted like a deer caught in a headlight. She was looking over her shoulder as she ran. I got angry and shouted after her what the fuck is your problem ya nutter. I'm not interested in you in any way. She said something back but I never heard he over the traffic. I'm a big bastard but I don't think I look like a rapist or anything. Stinking attitude to have don't you think? Especially in my town. There's always been an unwritten rule about hurting women and kids. Paedos and rapists last about 5 minutes before they disappear. No man does those things here or pays with their lives. Everybody knows it. We police ourselves. i just don't get women sometimes. They give me the creeps the way they act. Imagine how she'd feel if someone treated her like she was carrying the plague

Yes they can, but it's just that men brush it off because they're typically stronger and can easily defend themselves if she attacks him. Or, other people will call him a "punk" for saying "creepy" because it is a word women typically use.
You'd be surprised how much creeps of either sex can get away with because the victim feels helpless, again regardless of sex.

I don't know why... probably because women.. even when they are actually creepy can be pretty or nuturing to hide it... so its rare. Some Women are creepy tho... they just hide it really well.

I typically don't find people that creepy in the first place. If a girl were to stalk me until she figured out what my favorite food is so she could send it to me as a gift with a love letter attached, I'd find it adorable and endearing, while most girls would probably find it creepy if the roles were reversed.

"Creepy" is a misused term girls use for the most part. Often used to describe a guy she doesn't feel attracted towards, and not because he's genuinely uncomfortable to be around, but because she's making herself uncomfortable.
As for creepy girls, the number one examples are feminists. -

Yes. This one girl who lived hundreds of miles away that I NEVER MET and had only known for about a week once called the cops on me and told them we were doing drugs because I had someone else over. Apparently she stalked me to find out what city I lived in etc.
Nothing happened but after that I told her never to talk to me again. -

In order for someone to be creepy, they have to be threatening. Men generally just don't find women threatening, especially not physically. Biologically, this is to be expected, as women are usually significantly more physically capable than women.
For women, this situation is reversed. Since they're at a significant physical disadvantage, women have to be moderately paranoid in identifying men as "creepy." -
Of course women can be creepy, but I think to a guy unless she is hideous he won't pick up on the creeper vibes. Which is sais cause some chicks are psycho and wouldn't know cause all you see is her looks.

I find a lot of women creepy. Like when a woman talks to me in a quiet low tone but to others they talk normally. And when women look at me but when I look over to show I know what's up they stop looking and start again when I look away.
Some women can be so creepy. hell yeah they can, crack whores on the bus, stalker chicks, ugly girls who kill you for not wanting to date them. watch any psychological thriller and you'll realize.
