Sort of a problem with the occupants next door my girlfriend with the noise she has suggest using a mouth gag is this a good idea? any ideas on mouth gags which she could use?

The gags (ball gags) don't work very well unless she has a small mouth. Or you can find one big enough.

When she's about to scream, use your hand and hold it over her mouth. Duct tape will hurt pulling off, be careful.

You can put a clean sock in her mouth and duct tape over that.

Thanks - we actually discussed using duct tape I still don't think a piece over the mouth will be effective enough maybe use more? we where also thinking about wrapping the duct tape around about 3-4 times but that might ruin her hair and could be a bit dangerous in some ways but they seem to do that in a lot of movies like Naomi Watts in the film Funny Games etc the clean sock idea that is good - the Ball gag might not be effective how about putting duct tape over that does that work? we have tried the hand of mouth we did think about using a scarf or something like that

Try the sock under the ballgag. That way she can't force the sock out and the gag would hold it in; keeping her quiet.

A few different styles and ways for gags, yes.

There is a jawbreaker GaG that I always wanted to try but it's literally a giant jawbreaker.. so, it was better I didn't. Would have been ruined after the first use, saliva everywhere.

You could try the mouth gag or you could try other things such as silk. It all depends on what she likes. Lol if all of that fails, I'd suggest soundproofing the bedroom so she can be as loud as she wants.
