First of all, uncomfortable. A guy should never look up a skirt or dress. It's one of the reasons most girls cross their legs or ankles when they sit. There is a specific difference between a quick glance at a girls assets and looking straight up her skirt. There are several issues with this: periods and parts. If a girl is on her period she isn't gonna want you to see she is wearing a pad and therefore certainly won't want you to look up her skirt. If you aren't dating a girl she certainly won't want you looking at something she doesn't want you to have. In conclusion, don't look up people's skirts. You wouldn't like it if we looked down your pants.
