We girls learn the effect it has on a guy seeing up our skirt at a pretty young age. There have definitely been those times when I may be purposely careless and let a guy get a glimpse of my panties simply for the purpose of catching his eye. These days, it’s just my boyfriend who I’ll be so careless with.
