I was out at a pub with a couple of friends today... I noticed that one of the girls often had her legs crosses in front of me and looked at me often... does it mean she is starting to develop or crush or that she is getting interested?

I cross my legs all the time. And if I glance a guy while crossing my legs it means nothing to be honest.
