Do guys like girls with fair skin?

I have really pale skin, and dark brown hair, and I am always compared to a porcelain doll or vampire(especially cause I have naturally red lips). I simply don't tan and I don't really want to use self tanning lotion, but it seems like men are only attracted to the tan women because they look like golden goddesses( my brother's words). So guys, which do you prefer tan or pale women?

Depends on individual preference some prefer tanned or others fair. Some cultures prefer fair such as asian, its considered more desirable than tanned, higher status, becasue people who have to work outside end up with a tan. Most people prefer a different tone to what is the norm seems more attractive, so fair might prefer darker or tanned, the opposite is true of black, they might have a preference for lighter skin tone, so its relative to the indiviudal, cultural or social norms, and everthing that is loaded with that..

Mature guys don't care. If whether you are tan or not is a make or break kind of deal, this guy is lame. I know I'm pretty into a fair-er skined girl. She is great! She has a great personality, we have lots in common, and we have great banter.

Don't get stuck on the shallow ones. They aren't worth it :)

there's nothing wrong with your skin colour.. they are so many guys who love pale skin. Its realy beautiful :)

I don't find any skin color to be a turn off, beautiful girls come in all sorts of shapes and colors ;)

I'm very attracted to both actually. Body type (petite, fit, athletic) mean more to me than color.
