I bought a house about a year ago and it has 3 bedrooms. While not rich i have a good job that pays the mortgage and find myself with 2 extra bedrooms. I like the idea of having 2 female roommates and having "house rules" and if the house rules are not followed, a spanking would ensue. There would be a "maintenance spanking" (recurring spanking) every two weeks no matter if you were good or misbehaved.
