Girls, Self-defense: how many hits to the balls does it take to take a guy down?

I am playing devil's advocate here and saying that this should not be one's sole means of dropping a guy. So what would happen if the guy didn't go down and then you have done nothing more than to enrage the guy. Then his adrenaline and endorphins kick in and his pain turns to brute strength. I would hope one would not continue to linger around for a second or third blow to atrempt to escape.

You don't need a lot of force to take a guy down from that. If you hit too hard, the body will shut down the reaction from pain. If you want time to run away, approximately the effort to kick a full water bottle or large candle off of a table should be enough.

One minimum... I mean if is a good hit. I wouldn't want to overdo it. U need to hit and run and get help. Not beat him up and stay in longer than needed. Cuz no one knows if he is the distraction to what is worse to come

I train material arts. And my instructor told us that we need to end the fight as fast as possible. 10 seconds or less and run for help. Only because u know how to fight and defend yourself doesn't mean to be violent.

Any way is effective as long as u defend yourself. It depend on the scenario and intentions. For example if someone has a gun, the smart thing to do is to give in since u dont want to defend yourself and possibly get shot. But if someone wants to abuse u, then a hood hit in the private area is good. U learn more of the pressure points if u go to defense class. But point is. Hit and run to safety and call the police if u feel needed
