Im 5'4" guy, so what would be the most attractive physiqe especially to shorter girls. Is the soccer player build still ideal or should i put a little more meat on the bones to give the illusion of bigger?

I think if you were to get too buff or body builder-like, you'll just look shorter and "stumpy"(?). However, do what you want. It's your body.

buff, not roider-esque, but buff, some short dudes look impressive and strong when buff. but atheltic is better for soccer

A lot of shorter guys compensate with muscles and it's become a bit of a joke honestly, but go with whatever feels right.

Its more of an awareness than a insecurity to me. Thankfully its easy for short people to gain weight so its no biggy.
