Girls, at what age were your boobs fully developed?

Do boobs get fully developed by the age of 13? Because I see girls who physically look like 18 but when I ask them their age, some of them are like 13.

It depends. Some like me had went through early puberty. I started around 8 years old. Got my first menses at late 10 years old. Breast can still grow and may stop growing by 24. It depends on genetics. Big chest runs on my mom's side of the family. But I'm small and petite, and it makes me look like a 'bimbo', with a small waist as well. I've seen girls who did have reached full maturity at 13, and even by 15. But again, it's genetics, diet, and nutrition.

Every girls body is different. Some don't develop much and then one day when they are older BOOM! Others may have gotten stuff early. Also, why would you look at a 13 year old's boobs and then ask her how old she is?

Girls' breasts grow about 5 or 6 times in their lives, so not until their early 20s.

If you're 18 to 24 then how are you in a position to be constantly around 13yr olds? I would have struggled to mistake anyone for 13 when I was 18 because they wouldn't have been anywhere I was hanging out.

I knew girls who were D-cups at 13, and others who were a small B until growing noticeably bigger at 18. It's all over the place, as genetics and hormones vary so much.

Depends on the girl, but many grow until she is in her early twenties and then they change is size when she becomes pregnant or gains/loses weight.

There is no specific time puberty hits so you can't really be sure when they develop
