Yes it's happened and I've never let it go further. My sister caught an older gentleman looking down my shirt when I was fifteen and physically threatened him. My rule is if I catch someone doing it then until I die I am going to treat that person as if they were a creepy old guy

yes many times but the first time I noticed I just started to have them growing and I only had tank top on at skole and I noticed one of the younger girls fathers staring at me. I was 9.

Some of the boys have always looked up our skirts at skole when we go up stairs and things.
