It depends on what he means by nagging. I know that men needs space to retreat. But it would help if men. also learn to cooperate by discussing the issue and remain on topic. You don't keep hounding him. But you remind him until it gets fixed. If he has a problem with even doing the most simplust thing, which is listen to the girl, he already lost her.

This is totally NOT what I meant by nagging. I will give you a life example from myself.

My mother nags and nags and nags me because apparently boys should never have medium-length hair. But this is my style! I love having medium-length hair. It makes me look somewhat like Leon Scott Kennedy from Resident Evil 4. She will not accept this and thus nags at me to cut my hair. I cut instead her off from contact as a result.

THAT type of nagging!
Is the nagging I cut off the "vocal" problem rather than dealing with what seems like the illusion of the problem.

I never really understood it myself much other than emotional responses. It comes almost like naturally.
However there ought to be a good reason to nag like big deals.

They're trying to get a piece of your mind, that's why some women pick it apart at times. Many men are unchallenged in their daily lives, in comparison to what was faced centuries before. Women gnaw at men out of boredom, as it brings a thrill not often found in relationships (sexual or not) for reasons previously stated and unmentioned.

I do it sometime because I like to annoy people (my sister generally). It's just fun to see her lost her temper because she have a very short temper but it's only in a joking ways. Nothing serious or with any means intention.

Honestly I only see those behavior with friends, it was more mean to be a "funny" "joking" stuff than anything.
