I don't make a fuss about abs in my man, but I admit I love them and if my guy has it, I'll take it as a bonus. :)

The difference between men and women is that women have more body fat, while men have more muscle mass. So just how curves are a feminine thing, muscles are a masculine thing so the more prominent your masculine features, the more fertile you appear and the more attractive you look. It also gives the feel that he's a hard-working man and is physically able to give protection and guarding.

For me personally it shows that either he IS a hard working man or he cares for his body a lot, either way I appreciate it because I'm very conscious about my body too.

But only because a guy doesn't have abs, doesn't mean that there's anything wrong with him. Cheers. :)

Women like strong men and for that you must be fit and healthy. Sub consciously women select men based on their choice of offspring. A healthy male would give them better children and can look after them well. Muscle are visible : Why you get attracted to a curvy and sexy lady and not a fat chick. Because you can see it. You can't see some one's wit from a distance. Muscles are visible from a distance. Also muscles prove hard work on man's part. A well defined body needs sweat and hard work. It relates to your character. Between two boys who are similar in every aspect, muscle can be a differentiation.

Like if your shit in life then have roommates to split the rent however many ways, move to a different city because you can't afford this location. A membership at a gym isn't for the wealthy. It's as low as $10 a month for the worst gym you can go to, planet fitness. It's a beginner gym for soft and emotional people, often with zero motivation, but it's a gym.

For me, I think that abs are a sign that you work out and you are healthy. I work out regularly, too (although no abs here haha). I guess that what makes it sexy for me.

But overall, abs play SUCH a minor role in love for me. Personality is so much more important. But being strong and having some muscles, or at the least being healthy, is already a plus point 😊
