but i'd also feel humiliated if my daughter called another man her daddy.
Don't they have any respect for their fathers?
I don't call him daddy, it makes both of us uncomfortable (I haven't called my dad that in over 12 years) but if he says something around the subject I always joke "Well I'm not calling you daddy". Some girls do it because they want to see beforehand if it'll get a rise out of the guy, others do it because they like to make him feel weird about the word.
I have no idea and it's disturbing to me. I have a dad, and even though I'm in my 20's I still call my dad "daddy." I've had guys request that I call them this and I feel disrespected. I think for some guys it's like some power thing and some sexual thing but to me it's just disgusting. I would never call a man the same thing I call my father.
ahaha well I wouldn't call a guy I like daddy (not seriously at least) but I know when some girls do call their guys daddy its more them wanting to feel submissive than relating anything to their fathers. So don't get me wrong a girl could have daddy issues but it's most likely them getting cheeky
no man girl find always find a man who is like her father as they are so much emotionally attached to father
Its usually asked for by the bf/husband, not the gf/wife.

Well naturally not only do I like my husband, I also happened to be madly in love with him, but there is absolutely no way at all that I would ever call him "daddy". Period.
Never only if you're talking to your child
Never to him just eww
