I think the available answers for this poll aren't very inclusive. In 2013, the average bras size in the United States was 34DD. Believe it or not, that means a wide range of women have breasts well above D cup. For example, I am naturally somewhere between a 30GG and a 32H (lack of in-store availability means it's tough to find out my actual size, as measuring only works up to a certain measurement, which I passed years ago.)

Additionally, I would like to take the opportunity to explain that cup size (the letter in bra size) is relative to band size (the number in bra size). This means that a woman who wears a 30D bra will have significantly smaller breasts than a woman who wears a 40D bra. The woman wearing a 30D will actually have breasts about the same size as a woman who wears 34B. (I know you didn't actually bring this up, but I figured it would help clarify for some of the other readers, both male and female.)

Circling back to answer your questions:

Like I said, I am about a 32H. This means there's about a 10 inch difference between the measurement around my ribs, and the measurement around by breasts. I have been told I have "pornstar boobs" by multiple guys, and while I understand that my breasts are aesthetically pleasing, their large size causes me a lot of shoulder and back pain. Many people don't understand that they cause me issues, as they don't look frighteningly large, but with my thin frame (I'm 5'9" and weigh 140lbs), my body struggles to support them properly. To many people, I visually have the ideal American body: I'm a tall woman with wide hips, huge boobs, a decent abount of booty, and a tiny waist. However, I hate my breast size. My inability to fix the physical pain my chest causes me (I am very thin, meaning there isn't really fat for me to lose off of my chest at this point) have caused a good amount of depression. Luckily, I have almost finished saving up for a breast reduction, which costs $10,000 out of pocket. Many insurance companies refuse to pay for reductions, despite them being deemed "medically necessary" in many cases, meaning that many women have to struggle with having overly-large chests with minimal help.

They're alright. Id like to be able to fill out a dress but being smaller means I don't struggle with them on a day-to-day basis.

Although they are absolutely huge, I love them simply because next month they will be doing the one and only job/reason why I have them.

I'm E size and don't really like them because they're always in the way and people start seeing you as a sex object. but thank god they're not saggy...
