Your own health is more important than people's opinions. If you feel like you need to go, do it. On that note, there's this "before you go" toilet spray I use in public bathrooms that doesn't let your poop smell. You can find it on Amazon

Poop at school. Stop caring. I pooped at school all the time. If you are really concerned. Go during class. But understand that everyone poops. It's a natural thing.

Bring an extra sock and position it strategically. That way you won't go into the bathroom and raise suspicions
