Ok, so, there's kind of 4 settings. Submissive, neutral, dominant, and then people who "switch". I think about 90% of all people are neutral, and do not engage in power exchange dynamics. When you approach women, you should assume they are neutral, and expect to treat them neutrally, neither dominating nor submitting. That is, until you get to know a particular woman, and you and she both approach the subject of power exchange and then you find out how she sees herself in that regard. THEN you two discuss whatever kind of dynamics you're after, negotiate limits and practices, and engage in this with the full, sober, uncoerced consent of both partners.

Don't go around dominating every woman without asking if it's ok.

So yes, some women like to be submissive. Most don't. I am strictly dom or neutral.

No. Its entirely dependant on the person. I'm dominant in the relationship in most cases and my boyfriend prefers it and asked for it to be that way. Regardless, a relationship is a partnership and no one person should be dominant at all times or it will lead to resentment.

decisions.. it depends what kind..
i would like to decide for example about breastfeeding our child or what diapers to use.. what food to give a baby and which pillows better suit to my bedsheets.
he can decide what car to buy or which new tiles into our new bathroom

The obvious would say, depends on the girl. I personally, if the girl agreed, prefer her to be 90 percent of the time submissive. The other 10 percent to stop me from getting a big head or think I know everything which is impossible, no man no woman could know everything.
I certainly prefer her to be submissive in bed, but that would work because she and I would be agreeable beforehand on all that. Obviously I don't go into a relationship with someone who's my polar opposite. Similarity works best for me. I can't disagree with 'me', you know? The only change is she is more submissive whereas i am more dominant. Notice I use the words 'more' twice, that's no error.

Girls who are completely submissive and don't make any decision whatsoever are time wasters and energy suckers.
It's a pretty selfish thing, in my opinion.

It's one thing to have the "dominant one" but when a girl literally leaves every decision up to the man? Nah.
