Guys, is a childish voice a turn off?

I've been told many times that I sound like my little sister on the phone so I was wondering is this a turn off? My voice is fine in real life but on the phone I sound like a child.

It depends on the person, her style, how she acts, how she speaks with it, but usually its not a problem and sometimes it can be attractive. If you're cute, your voice won't be a problem as we guys are usually care about what you say, and not about how you sounds.

Having a voice that makes you sound younger is ok to me, but using a baby voice or intentionally talking as though you were a baby or little kid is kind of a turnoff for me.

It can come off as cute. Also, sorry if you hate it, but the way your voice sounds like across the phone is how it really sounds like to other people. The insides of your head muffles up the sound of your voice on its way to your ears.
