I have been flirting with my crush for 4 months now, texting each other on a daily basis and all of a sudden POOF! she completely vanished...

Iam not stupid and got the message 5/5 but why does she keep checking my status if she does not care about me anymore?

Is that a sadistic way to see how I react?

Can someone fill me in please :)

You have to realize that women use social media to a) feed their narcissitic ego. So she might just be playing games to see how you react.

If that is not the case then it is b) she was interested. Found a better guy but lost interest. If that is the case she is checking out your profile and trying to size up whether you are the type of girl for her.

If someone ghosts you then go no contact for the rest of your life. If she is interested then she will message back. Trust me. A girl ghosted me for 3 months and messaged me 2 days ago.

The worst thing you can do is respond because then you look weak and desperate. Let her chase you!

(1) I didn't exactly understand but it seems like you didn't meet up with her after 4 months? In which case that's BAD. You meet up with a girl like 1-2 days after getting a number.

(2) She may have caught feelings for the electronic version of you (again, in the event you haven't met up) and got fed up because she thought you weren't interested. This is 50/50. She could have just as well asked you out.

(3) If you did meet up and even had sex, I'd say that it's something more sadistic. She's probably waiting for you to chase her to feed her ego. Some women can't accept that men can just pack up and leave like that. In this case, just move on.

I had the same thing happen. Flirting for 3 months, talking every day, and he stopped texting me. I saw him on social media, he just didn't contact me. I finally accepted the fact that he didn't care about me anymore after he was completely gone for about 3 weeks, and the next day he texts me. Said he lost his phone. Profusely apologizing and says he won't disappear again. So maybe something similar is happening with you. Keep us updated.

I got what you mean but in my case, the last messages of hers did not show anything wrong against me, iam 100% sure, i have not been needy at all, I did not flooded her with " hello?" or " you got my message?" or " why you don't speak anymore?" I felt it coming and did not insist at all...

Oh. I sometimes do that when I see we're not going anywhere. Like loads of guys hit me up who smoke weed and I'm not into it at all, never have been therefore when I find out I disassociate from them and don't contact me anymore or it could be that I lost interest and they're not really forthcoming things don't seem like what it is and when I feel like I'm being lied to or let into some bullcrap I just disassociate from the whole thing and don't contact em. There is warnings I give before I do so it's not my fault if they don't get the hints or what I'm saying.
