In my opinion it's a guy who wants to feel some intimate contact with you and tries to see how you would react to that. I have to say it's not a good way, if you did not have a intimite relationship with that person, they cross a boundry and especially because you did not der it coming. If you did have an intimate relationship with that person it's more a way to try tease a little.

Used to snap and unhook them in school for the "fun of it" but haven't really done anything like that since. Side note: it wasn't to random girls. It was to girls in are circle. Girls we knew well. Never just random. at least not for me it wasn't.

Because they’re trash. Last time a guy did that he had an x-acto knife in his other hand and said “it’d be so easy to cut these straps” and I was terrified. Anyone tries to do it and I deck them, no hesitation.

  My guy does that too, only when it's just us together. He just tugs it back a little ans always says h could totally snap me! (He never does though, he knows I'd hate it!) Usually by that time I have the waistband of his boxers in hand starting to pull upward!! (I don't ever follow through either, it's like hey buddy just to let you know...)
  Now my little brother was obtuse enough that he tried once, for some reason he's never, ever tried it again! could've been because his tighty whites were almost around his ears!! lol!!!
