Nope. I wouldn't... But if it makes him insecure I would do whatever makes him happy.

As a sidenote... Being insecure about looking shorter than your lady is silly in my opinion. I would do everything I could to builds his confidence in his own heigh so he wouldn't have to feel badly if I'm taller than him in heels
