Why does she stare at me with a blank face?

There is this girl who works at the cafeteria at my college, and everyone I go to her she always gives me this blank stare. She's cute and all but the staring thing really puts me off a lot. I've made conversation by saying good morning because it was like 11 but she didn't respond and she just told me my price and to have a nice day. I'm really confused. Then today when she walked out of the bathroom we ran into each other again and she just stared at me with a blank face no expression, and when I let her go by being nice she walked into my path before walking around me. Then when I passed by she just looked at me again I I was leaving. I dont want to jump to conclusions but why does she keep looking at me? Is she trying to tell me something?
