Not without a reason. I wouldn't mind swimming topless but I'd want the support & protection from the cool breeze that a top provides (once I come out of the water). I'm also not big on exhibitionism. I like to leave some of my body to the imagination. It's a lot more alluring, seductive that way... Assuming I want people paying attention to those parts of my body.

Hmm. I've seen this when I've been on holiday on Spain. And it definitely happens in Tenerife. And I'm going to bet the French are into that kinda stuff too.

But personally, I just don't think it's appropriate to walk about with my breasts hanging out. Also in way too self-conscious about that kinda stuff.

I don’t think it’s that common tbh. When I go to the beach i see one, max two women who are topless. I would never go without a bikini top on, I prefer to keep my tatas for me and my guy.

Nudist beaches allow fully nude but most European beeches allow women to go topples.

I am also from Europe and have visited Spain, Italy, Greece, Croatia and Portugal and have seen it in every place. Not on specific nudist beaches just normal beaches.
