The essence of femininity is class, and being classy requires self-respect and confidence and both are achieved by self-discipline. So I guess the key to femininity is self-discipline. Beauty which is mostly self-care is also achieved by self-discipline. When a woman is feminine, she's self reserved as well, she wears feminine clothes; clothes that show her sweetness rather than her sexuality. When it comes to her sexuality it's not obvious, it's not out there for everyone to be aroused by, it's way more special than that.

Here's a glimpse of a true feminine woman; just the vibe of love and joy.

Look wise - dress or skirts always have my attention.
Personality wise - I'm quite good at discerning when someone is truly nice or just trying to uphold their own reputation. There's a big difference between someone who smile a lot and someone who picks up a random rubbish off the ground and bin it properly. Again, the latter kind of people always have my attention and always more attractive.
I would rather date someone with a great personality but not so good looks, than date a super model but selfish/self-important girl.

This may vary, depending on the person stating their opinion. But let me clarify that you don't have to be "feminine" to be attractive. There are many women that are just as attractive, or even more, that are more tomboy and not so feminine. Although many men do prefer feminine women, I think the most attractive woman is one who has self confidence, a mix of feminine and tomboy (such as a good caretaker yet very sporty), knows what she wants and how to get it, and sets goals/challenges for herself.

Likes typically feminine things like makeup , heels or taking care of others. Basically embracing everything about being a woman.
