Are nerdy girls attractive?

I'm kinda nerdy and shy and don't get out much. Is it attractive? I do get told being too much in the books can be unattractive sometimes. But still...

Are you really 18, like your profile says? If yes, that is one of the TOUGHEST TIMES, to be a 'nerdy' girl, and really believe that there are guys that really love Nerdy girls!!
Just hang on, until college, and keep being you, and focus on all the things you love, and believe, that in college, you will become one of the 'really cool' ones, being super-smart, and getting a great job doing amazing things!!

Nerdy is not a problem but if there is no human interaction, then no one will get to know her and decide she's attractive. Basically nerd to your hearts content but dedicate some time to socialise.

Yes nerdy girls are sexy! But if you're in the books so much that you exclude interacting, then you'll miss out on a lot of what life has to offer.
Approach and allow yourself to be approached. The thing I like best about nerdy girls is that they are easy to talk to because they know so much about a broad base of topics.

Being nerdy isn't unattractive, as long as you aren't crazy, but it probably won't get you any attraction always reading books in the library... altho i read books and do many top class nerdy things and still can be cool, it not WHAT you do, it's HOW you do it.
So if you want to be attractive, be attractive and stay yourself.
And it's better being shy, then going all on no shields (;
So don't be afraid to search boundaries, and you will be attractive if you wanted to.

I always found it a turn-on when I was your age. I had one nerdy classmate I studied with who I wanted to date, but her parents wanted her to go to medical school, so she needed top grades and no distractions (I was only allowed to come over and study with her because I was also a good student).
