All I can say is that I went go-cart racing attended by some professional female race car drivers and got my ass whooped. I thought I was doing well averaging 50 secs around the track, while they were getting times as low as 39 secs. There's kind of a movement now popular here in Japan of Japanese female racers starting to become more popular, and many of them are very competent drivers and I see some possibility of them working their way towards F1.

  ya it looks very risky... and practicing must be really hard because they don't even have equipment like pros they just do it lol and hope for the best... of course after rider bikes for a while probably

  lol... well they are mass production bikes designed for the urban city for those areas... or just wherever...
  affordable so everyone can kinda have one...
  
  but I mean, thats all very impressive... and very dangerous lol... for obvious reasons

It's pretty solid on both sides since gender doesn't determine if one rides a motorcycle well or not. Plus, all I really see in this picture is ass. So even if gender did determine skill, I'd say men since they 'd have better posture and focus. Less worried about their ass and looks.

No, I would argue that it depends on the individual, not your gender that how you ride.
Some men ride better, some women ride better, this isn't some competition about who does how.
