I believe in gender equity but not equality. Many studies show that average girls are smarter, cleaner, and more civilised than average men (I know that it depends on the individual but I said average and most of.) And that average men are phisically stronger than average girls phisically. So finally I believe that girls were made to be ruler, scientists, smart, superior. But men are better with their physical strength because we were made as strong worriers and war men and hunters and blacksmiths and soliders and survivors. So finally both genders have their own characteristics
But girls are superior in general.

Women were noy 'made' with fertile and motherly characteristics, good organizers Men choose women with fertile and motherly characteristics, good organizers to reproduce with, to have a good life for their offspring.. Men were NOT 'made' as strong warriors and war men and hunters and blacksmiths and soldiers and survivors.
Women choose these to reproduce with, to get the best protection for their offspring.
To be a efficient ruler tend to require strength as well, more a strength of personality than a physical strength but still, women tend to be weak and submissive in general, so women don't tend to be a poor rulers, especially in tough times. Angela Merkel is a good example, as she is surrendering Germany to a Islamic Invasion.

Show me a woman who is a good ruler, would Hillary Clinton could had been a good ruler? unlikely. Also Feminists had emasculated many western men, and that's one of the main reasons for why a many modern western leaders suck. At least Hungary stand strong.
Joan of arc was there to hold the flag and motivate the men, it was still the men who did almost everything. Joan of arc had never killed anyone with her own hands, and it's unlikely that she made much tactical decisions, except for the general idea of fighting with England. Anyway there is barely any women rulers because women don't tend to be good at it, and men are stronger than women not only physically, men also tend to be mentally stronger than women. The role of a warrior and a leader tend to come more naturally to men, and if women was truly superior then they would have been able to take control without men allowing them to take control.
Damn... I think that men and women are equal. It is a fact that girls are more mature at a young age (elementary & middle school), but guys are mostly more mature in high school. There are definitely differences in the genders, but it depends on the person. You can't say one is smarter than the other, that's for sure.

Women and men both have their advantages and disadvantages. I don't believe either of them is superior, but I'm also not sure if I'd call them equal in this case due to biological differences both physically and mentally.

Most sources I’ve seen suggest men and women have similar intelligence on average. Some studies suggest men tend to be in the extremes - more low iq and more high iq men.
I think you can put forward an argument that leaders are most often drawn from the best men while the weakest men are cast aside and women are in the middle. But that’s overstating things somewhat.
No, because MEN are better though it's not nice to talk about. Girls are not smarter, they just mature faster. The average ADULT man and woman have similar intelligence which leaves physicality and men clearly win there.
Nope, men are more intelligent and stronger, but if he is very attracted to a girl and she makes him happy and feel cared about, he will pretty much become her slave and she gets her way most of the time.

Both have strengths and weakness respective to each sexes. Both sexes have their own advantage and its important to know it's perfectly fine to be good at certain things or the other way around.
Nope. When it comes down to it we both need each other. Women are smarter in certain fields while men are smarter in others. Does not mean one is superior.
Skill in an area where others are unskilled does not necessarily indicate total superiority
