It depends on what he would want to use the pictures for.

If it was just for him and me I wouldn't mind and it might be a fun thing to do together.

But if he wanted the pictures to give/sell/show other people I would not be comfortable with that but that's just me. Some girls wouldn't care the same.

It depends on the level of modesty, confidence, and liberalism. Not everyone likes wearing revealing clothing and other people totally feel comfortable in it.

Depends on whether you trust him. I don't know your boyfriend, but I can say that I have not met a single frigging guy who hasn't shown pictures of his girlfriend to his friends (Be it in normal or revealing clothing). You will never know either.
